Aislamiento de sensor
Para desacoplar de forma fiable las señales del sensor del campo, es necesario disponer de elementos de acoplamiento de conmutación rápida y que ocupen poco espacio. Ofrecemos relés de estado sólido especiales para aislamiento de sensores, así como relés con contactos chapados en oro para una conmutación fiable de pequeñas corrientes y tensiones, que suelen producirse al conmutar señales de sensor.
Relé de estado sólido para aislamiento de sensores (TERMOPTO y TERMSERIES)
Como en el aislamiento de sensores suele producirse un gran número de ciclos de conmutación, es adecuado utilizar relés de estado sólido. No tienen desgaste mecánico y, por lo tanto, funcionan de forma fiable a largo plazo. Nuestros relés de estado sólido son sumamente compactos y, gracias a los accesorios adecuados, permiten una instalación rápida. Mediante el uso de adaptadores de interfaz TERMSERIES junto con cables prefabricados, el tiempo de cableado puede reducirse aún más.
Relés electromecánicos con contactos de oro (TERMSERIES)
En aplicaciones en las que el aislamiento de los sensores solo se realiza a intervalos más largos y con baja potencia (<30 V/10 mA), pueden formarse capas de óxido en los contactos. Esto suele suceder en las aplicaciones donde las señales se envían a entradas de control o a sistemas PLC. Debido a las bajas cargas, no hay suficiente arco eléctrico en los contactos para eliminar la capa de óxido durante la conmutación. Por lo tanto, se utilizan relés con contactos de oro resistentes a la oxidación.
