SPD per interfacce dati
Con „trasmissione dati“ si intende la trasmissione di simboli, numeri, grandezze di misura e di stato fra diverse unità decentrate. Unità decentrate sono ad esempio comandi, computer, sensori, attuatori e altro ancora. Per questo campo così sensibile occorre trovare la giusta protezione contro le sovratensioni.
