Givarisolering
För att tillförlitligt koppla från sensorsignaler från fältet krävs snabbkopplande kopplingselement. Vi erbjuder särskilda solid-state-reläer för sensorisolering samt relämoduler med guldpläterade kontakter för tillförlitlig koppling av låga strömmar och spänningar eftersom de normalt uppstår vid koppling av sensorsignalser
Solid-state-relä för sensorisolering (TERMOPTO och TERMSERIES)
Eftersom det ofta förekommer ett stort antal kopplingscykler vid sensorisolering är det klokt att använda solid-state-reläer. De har inget mekaniskt slitage och fungerar därför tillförlitligt under längre tid. Våra solid-state-reläer är mycket kompakta och tack vare lämpliga tillbehör möjliggör de snabb installation. Genom att använda TERMSERIES-gränssnittsadaptrar tillsammans med förmonterade kablar kan kabeldragningen gå ännu fortare.
Elektromekaniska reläer med guldkontakter (TERMSERIES)
I tillämpningar där sensorisolering endast utförs i längre intervaller och med låg effekt (< 30 V/10 mA) kan oxidlager bildas på kontakterna. Detta sker normalt i tillämpningar där signaler vidarebefordras till kontrollingångar eller PLC-system. På grund av de låga belastningarna skapas inte tillräckliga ljusbågar vid kontakterna för att avlägsna oxidlagret vid koppling. Därför används relämoduler ned oxidationssäkra gildkontakter.
