Hohe Schaltfrequenzen
Halbleiterrelais können konstruktionsbedingt bereits deutlich schneller schalten als elektromechanische Relais. Es gibt jedoch Anwendungen, in den Signale noch schneller bzw. mit noch höherer Frequenz geschaltet werden müssen. Für besonders schnelle Schaltvorgänge, oder die Übertragung von Signalen mit hohen Schaltfrequenzen zwischen 1 und 550 kHz, haben wir spezielle Halbleiterrelais entwickelt, die genau auf diese spezifischen Anwendungen zugeschnitten sind. Unsere Halbleiterrelais für hohe Schaltfrequenzen garantieren eine zuverlässige und schnelle Entkopplung von Signalen. Mit ihnen lassen sich extrem schnelle Schaltvorgänge realisieren oder Signale mit Schaltfrequenzen bis zu 550 kHz übertragen.
