Leistung
Müssen Ströme über 10 A geschaltet werden, haben Standardrelais einen hohen Verschleiß und gelangen schnell an die Grenzen ihrer Lebensdauer. Unsere Leistungsschaltgeräte wurden speziell zur Steuerung hoher AC-Lasten entwickelt. Sie sind optimal für Motoren oder Heizelemente bis 30 A geeignet und in vielen weiteren Leistungsanwendungen einsetzbar.
Halbleiterrelais (PSSR) bis 30 A
Unsere Halbleiterschütze sind mechanischen Schützen deutlich überlegen. Sie erzielen höhere Schaltgeschwindigkeiten und sind dabei robuster und langlebiger. Ohmsche sowie induktive Lasten schalten sie lautlos, verschleißfrei und zuverlässig – selbst in staubiger oder chemisch aggressiver Atmosphäre. Unsere Halbleiterschütze sind für 1- und 3-phasige Netze erhältlich.
Miniatur-Schütze (PWR) bis 30 A
Für manche Leistungsanwendungen, in denen Industrierelais schnell verschleißen und nur eine geringe Lebensdauer erzielen, sind herkömmliche Schütze überdimensioniert. Hier kommen unsere PWR Miniatur-Schütze zum Einsatz. Dank Schaltströmen von bis zu 30 A, einer doppelten Kontaktunterbrechung sowie einer deutlich größeren Kontaktöffnung sind sie in der Lage, industrielle Lasten zuverlässig zu schalten.
