Power measurement modules for 1 or 3 phase loads
The power measurement modules are designed for precise acquisition and processing of all key electrical parameters of single-phase, or three-phase loads up to 520 V AC line-to-line voltage. They measure current (RMS/average/peak), voltage (RMS/average/peak), reactive, apparent and active power, energy consumption, power factor, frequency, and support configurable over-/undervoltage and over-/undercurrent alarms.
The modules provide six 16-bit measurement values and three 32-bit energy values. Which phases and parameters are mapped to the process data can be parameterized. Additional parameters can be fetched via a mailbox system. Multiple limit values can be parameterized, so exceeding voltage or current limits can trigger a process alarm.
The product family includes several variants for different current-sensing technologies:
- 1 A / 5 A transformer modules for standard CT-based measurements
- 333 mV input modules for low-level CT outputs
- Rogowski-coil modules for flexible, transformer-free current measurement
All variants integrate seamlessly into existing automation systems via u-remote, enabling fast commissioning and scalable energy monitoring.
